According to information at the news briefing of 2008 China (Chengdu) International Software Design Contest, the Contest Organization Committee will pay for the transportation of the contestants during their stay in Chengdu as well as food and accommodation during the competition so that the contestants coming to Chengdu, China will be free of any troubles. 

Meanwhile, the Best Deign award recipient will win the Golden Key to the Door of Entrepreneurship which means the award winner may establish his/her business at the Tianfu Software Studio for free; whereas any projects experiencing good growth momentum in the studio may have access to the venture investment of the investment company under Chengdu High-tech Investment Group and their ample funding support.

To accommodate the needs of the many software enthusiasts, we hereby make the following adjustments to the 2008 China (Chengdu) International Software Design Contest:

1. Time of the primary contest is extended to 12 p.m., October 25^th, and lasts from 0 a.m., August 20^th to 12 p.m., October 25^th.

2. Time of the final contest is changed to November 15^th and time for registration is November 14^th.
